Hannah Mcglinchey

Hannah is currently studying a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of International Studies at UTS. Hannah joined our firm in January 2025, bringing with her prior experience in Family Law, having worked in the field from early 2023.

As an aspiring legal professional with a strong passion for social enterprise, criminal law, and human rights advocacy, Hannah is particularly interested in complex parenting issues and cases involving domestic violence. Since joining, Hannah has worked closely with our team, providing valuable assistance in legal research and supporting operational and administrative tasks.

With over seven years of experience in customer service, Hannah has developed a set of interpersonal skills that enable her to build positive, collaborative relationships with a wide variety of individuals. Her strong work ethic and dedication to using her legal expertise to make a meaningful impact make her a valuable asset to both colleagues and clients.

Outside of work and studying, Hannah has a keen interest in travel, having spent all of 2024 living in Spain, making her adaptable and operative in different academic and professional settings. Hannah’s passion for travel and social justice has also led her to undertake international research immersions across India and Cambodia, where she fostered connections with local enterprises and volunteered at shelters supporting women and children in vulnerable or unsafe situations.
