Max MacKenzie

Max MacKenzie is a Family Lawyer who joined Barker Evans in 2025. Max has worked exclusively in specialist Family Law teams since 2022 and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2024.

Max has appeared before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in relation to divorce, parenting, and property matters.

Max holds a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. Prior to joining Barker Evans, he gained valuable experience working as a Paralegal in several Leading Family Law Firms and as a Legal Researcher for a Leading Family Law Barrister at a well-known chambers in Parramatta.
